Year End Recap

 This year was amazing. At the beginning of the year I pushed myself hard, harder than I had pushed myself before. I was ontop of all my numbers. There were some dry spells that significantly impacted my progress in class, the I Ho Chuan, and towards the grading. I will finish this year with just shy of 40000 pushups and sit ups. Looking at that number is to me, an embarrassment, I know could have hit fifty thousand this year, and next year I will and go beyond that in the year of the snake. I learnt just how much more I can push myself and still remain consistent. I made a promise to myself that the year of the snake will be a year of analysis and implementation to further maintain my confidence and growth in the martial arts. I realized this year that going alone is only going to cause more stress, and slow down your progression.
