On the Right Track Again

 This week has and was a good one for me. It was the first week in a while were I had done my pushups and sit-ups everyday from Monday to Saturday. And it felt great to be back on pace for this year. Not a whole lot has changed with my forms and techniques this week. My house stance has definitely gotten stronger in the last month and there isn’t anymore pain in my inner hips.
