Stagnation
I have hit a rough patch with my numbers, my pace right now should be 200 pushups and sit-ups a day from Monday to Saturday. For that last two weeks however I’ve flown down. Not due to injury, but simple lack of motivation. We all ride the high of starting a new I Ho Chuan year, we are all on pace with our numbers, blogging every week, and making massive progress with our personal requirements. Than typically we start to slow down due to lack of motivation. But we should have lots of motivation, I mean completing a year in the I Ho Chuan and earning your black belt should be more than enough motivation. So I ask this to the I Ho Chuan team for help, what have you done to keep yourself motivated?
For me sometimes it’s knowing that doing things when I have no motivation, will make my discipline so much stronger than doing it when I am motivated
