Lao Gar

 Lao Gar is coming along nicely for me. Now I’m able to consistently get deeper into my stances, I feel more power, and more cemented in my stances. Lao Gar III is still my weakest of the three forms, which will be my next focus this week. My goal is to get consistent with the first half of Lao Gar III before the Tiger Challenge. I believe I need to get more connected with my upper body and my hips. My hips are engaged and my upper body lags behind through the techniques. It also throughs me off balance when I’m out of sync which in Lao Gar isnt very helpful with all the turning.
