Was one good week
Last Saturday I blogged about how good my week went with being back on track with my numbers. And now I am behind by a week…talk about eating my words. Unfortunately work and my life outside of Kung fu just completely derailed for the week and I couldn’t get any numbers in unless I was at class. So for the coming week I’ll attempt to double my numbers for each day. That means 400 pushups and sit-ups everyday from Monday to Saturday. I don’t want to over train though. So if I start to feel uncomfortable I’ll pull back to my normal numbers for the day. I learned from this week that you may think your back on track, than life just throws and absolute plan of its own in your face without mercy.
