Uh oh
So I went golfing today at the Garrison Course at the military base north of the city. I was playing pretty good except with my lob wedge. It was just not working between us today. So on the 16th hole I took a bad shot. Got so upset at myself I through my lob wedge into a tree and bent the shaft…not my proudest moment. Immediately regretted my action and bent the shaft somewhat back to normal. There is a slight bend now but it’s able to be used again thankfully. Sometimes in our lives we get so upset that there is not way to just let it out other than to be a little violent with yourself. For the rest of my round I didn’t use my lob wedge as I knew it would make me upset looking at the bent shaft and it reminding me of my actions. A lot of issues for us can be solved be removing ourselves from the person, object, action, and environment. I definitely learnt my lesson today and don’t plan on throwing anymore clubs.
