Always listen

 I’ve listens to over 20 of the best agents in our company over these last few days. And let me tell you, if someone is more successful than you, there is something they do that you do not do. You may think you are doing what they are doing, but you are not. I thought I was working hard, but after listing to the stories and strategies of these top teams and agents, I’m not working as hard as I need to be. I’ve procrastinated, pushed back on doing what needs to be done, and been just plain lazy. And it stops now. And what starts now is going to change my life forever.
