Discipline

 This morning during the 2nd degree class I discussed with Sifu my lack of discipline when it comes to completing my numbers everyday. I talked about how I go to the gym everyday and still struggle to complete them. Than she said something that made it all come around, “I’m glad this is happening because you can learn the lesson”. Those are not the exact words but it is close enough to the truth. It makes sense though, how could I learn the lesson another way, I can’t. It all comes down to my own discipline, making sure I am accountable to complete my numbers everyday I train in the gym, and if for some reason I do not get them done in the gym or can’t make it to the gym. I need to complete them somehow before the day ends. Sifu also told us that “you guys are on the write path, but those small tweaks are what’s going to make the difference”. It was just an ah ha moment after out class ended.
