Recovery

 I’m pretty sure a lot of us woke up with some tight muscles from yesterday. I don’t stretch as much I should, I’ve never made the effort to stretch unless I’m about to compete or do something active. When I do stretch however I don’t find it very effective anymore as I don’t know alot of different ways to stretch. So I’m going to ask the team for some advice. What stretches are you doing before being active, and if you stretch in the morning what stretches do you perform? I’d like to get better at stretching before activities and when I wake up since I’m pretty tight first thing in morning.
