Rest Day
Sundays are my personal rest days, no work unless absolutely neccesary, no going to the gym, and no wokring on my I Ho Chuan numbers. My shoulders have been pretty sore ever since I started doing 200 pushups a day instead of the 160 I used to do earlier this year. Most of us (including myself) get too tied up with working, and training 24/7. Rest days are one of the if not the most important day as everything gets to recover for the next week.
