Meal Prepping
So I have started to meal prep, it’s going…okay. I’m not the greatest home cook by any means. I’m focusing on getting enough protein in my diet, I’d like to get to 150g of protein a day, which right now is double my weight in Kg. I’ve made a smoothie that covers half of my daily protien intake. I’m not worried about calories since I’m very active and I don’t have the stomach to eat nearly 3200 calories a day. I’ve bought, 4kg of chicken breast, wings, and 5lb of ground lean beef. I’ve already froze the beef into 500g bags to make it easier to cook for meals. I prepped my first meal for this week, crispy chicken and pasta.
