Board Breaks

 Today during open training me and my partners worked on our bored breaks. We got a lot done, and built up the confidence to break real boards. We had to change and tweak a few things to keep the flow going through our techniques. But that’s just normal trial and error. I feel confident for Monday, and I need to be.
