Lost in thought…than found
I have been trying to come up with anything remotely useful to blog about. I quite honestly have nothing productive to add in this post. I’m feeling good, my health is good, my work life is good. I’m just all around good right now. I am going to start a new diet soon, less carbs more protein, specifically meat. I eat to many carbs according to some nutritionists I’ve talk to casually. To start my new diet I’ll need a Costco membership, I only want to buy my meat and other supplies in bulk for meal preparation. I’ve saved some recipes already, high protein low fat and carb meals. I would like my daily protein goal to be at least double my weight in kg. That would mean eating over 150g of protein a day, pretty sustainable with the right meals and preparation I believe.
