Sustainability
Going to the gym has been one of the greatest decisions I’ve made for my health. There is something about going to the gym and getting better everyday that provides a sensation like no other. I don’t think I’ll ever stop going to the gym, my Kung Fu takes importance over all things every time. As my priorities change in life so does my sustainability. Which brings us to my love for the gym. I go to the gym after work everyday for about 1.5 hours at most, in the gym I do my exercises for the muscle groups of that day in my schedule. I also do my sit ups and pushups in the gym after my workout. If I can’t do them at the gym I do some part in class and the rest at home. It’s been a pretty sustainable way of keeping my numbers up. I don’t think the gym is taking away time from practicing my kung fu either. It’s my own procrastination. Once I’m home from town I lay down in my bed and endlessly scroll through social media. I haven’t read a book in a month or two because of this addiction. I’ve done the math, I spend nearly 25 hours a week (and that’s in the low end) scrolling endlessly on social media. This is the problem that needs to be fixed. And I am going to fix it. If I could have put 75% of those hours into my Kung fu and Buisness, I’d be on top of the world.
