Workout

 I had one of my best sessions in the gym last week, I completely forgot to blog about it till now. Everything was simply perfect, my form, intent, everything. It could not have gone any better that day. I hit a new personal best on every exercise I did. I also didn’t realize how much weight I have gained…in a good way though! I am now over 185lbs, 2 years ago when I started going to the gym I was only 145-150lbs. I am in the best shape of my life right now, there is still room for improvement however, especially with my cardio. My pushups are getting stronger and I can do more in one set making it easier to complete them in a day. Overall I am pretty satisfied where I am, I still have a long way to go from where I would like to be.
