Sanda

 I was excited when Sifu Brinker announced that our school is now part of Wushu Kung Fu Alberta, especially when it came to the sanda. For me personally I’ve always wanted to spar in a more compative experience. This will definitely help me get over my fear of closing the distance and getting close to my opponent’s. It will be interesting for me when and if we do any tournaments as I have never paid much attention to the other Kung fu schools in the province. I think the most interesting part will be the different styles of Kung fu each school brings compared to the style we use (Lu ping an).
