Productivity
On my way into work this week I have started listning to audiobooks which has helped me reach my daily goal of a chapter a day at the minimum. I also find it more engaging to read the book and listen to the audiobook when I am at home reading, I will often get distracted by my surroundings. I am almost half way to completing one of my personal goals which is to read 15 books, I am on book six of 15 and will start book seven this coming monday. As for my other goal which is for my progress in the gym I am now benching 225lb for 5 reps and 185lb for 12. Last year I could not even do one rep of 185lb. My goal is to bench press 315lb, squat 405, and deadlift 405 for one rep at the minimum. I am squating 225lb for 10 for deadlifing 285lb for 1...so progress is happening.
