New Personal Best!
I thought I posted this on monday but I forgot to click "publish"...whoops. On monday I was in the gym working out my chest and triceps, I have a fairly routine workout. I start with bench press, than go to chest flys, and than incline dumbell press. One of my personal goals was to bench press 315lb by next year; so on monday I attempted a new max bench press and I got 245lb for one rep! Last year this time I could barely bench my own weight and now I am doing that for more than 10 reps (happy face). I am still on track to being able to bench press 315lb by next year. Two years ago I thought I would never bench more than 225lb but look at my now.
