Numbers Game

 My numbers are on track, and eventually I will fall behind due to some future injury and or sickness. It is importan to plan for these setbacks, which is why having your own routine and making sure you do more than just enough to keep you on track. I do my pushups in the morning, at work, and when I leave work, than I back fill the extras throughout the day if I am at the gym, kung fu or at home. Before I leave the gym I do all of my situps, If I end up not going to the gym than I will complete them at home. This is my routine that has been working for me lately.
